For all Returns please start by going to customer support and tell us your reason for returning the product (the more information you give the more we can become familiar with the problems and better assist customers such as yourself!) iPowerUp will contact you via email or phone after reviewing your comments and give you an RMA number. For further assistance you may call 1-805-639-4149. iPowerUp is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.
As a customer of iPowerUp your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to the product being defective or NF(non-functioning), you can return it to iPowerUp within 15 calendar days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange. Claims for missing or damaged items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Exchanges will be replaced with an equivalent model when available. If not available, a full refund will be given. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If your payment was made with a credit card, once we receive the returned product and we are issuing you a refund, your account will be credited. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If a payment was made by check, a refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase. A business day is Monday-Friday.
Conditions for Returns
Carefully read all the required conditions below. If conditions are not fully met, iPowerUp reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s) or to charge a restocking fee of 20%. Note: iPowerUp does not allow returns or offer refunds for gift cards, products that are personalized, or products that are custom configured to your specifications. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) will not be accepted either.
RMA number (Required)

Returning or exchanging (Required)
If calling in, be prepared to answer all needed questions below.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton (do not ship original package by itself).
- Include invoice and the reason for return. If faulty, please specify the defect.
- Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If iPowerUp sends you an emailed label, please print the label and tape it to the carton.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- From the date we receive the package, please allow 2-3 business days for processing your return.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns. Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model.

An iPowerUp-branded hardware product is considered Non-functioning (NF) if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is NF, please call iPowerUp at 1-805-639-4149 within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. iPowerUp will determine if the product is NF. If the product is NF our support team will contact you for a replacement of the product at the expense of iPowerUp. Note: If iPowerUp determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not NF, iPowerUp may place up to a $50 handling fee.
This non-functioning policy applies only to iPowerUp-branded hardware products currently offered at the iPowerUp Online Store. iPowerUp reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies for future products offered on its site. Defective Items If you discover what you believe to be a product defect for any iPowerUp-branded product, please contact iPowerUp at 1-805-639-4149. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information that came with your product.
Shipment time is an estimation of when your ordered product will leave our warehouse. If your shipment time states “within 24 hrs” your item will leave our warehouse in 24 hrs, after your order has been placed and payment has been processed.
On occasion we will confirm shipment and delivery times and learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times. Take notice that while iPowerUp works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times.
Preorders or items that are marketed online as backordered will ship at future dates to be determined by iPowerUp.
The delivery address must be complete and correct and is essential for a timely delivery. There will be an additional shipping fee if a package has to be re-shipped due to a return caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent. There may also be a fee for changing an address to an en route package. Be aware that not all carriers allow such address changes.
It is also necessary to include a daytime telephone number while ordering. Occasionally a carrier will return a package to iPowerUp as undeliverable. When a package is returned as undeliverable iPowerUp will contact you for reshipment.
There are shipping options with an expected delivery date for every order made though iPowerUp.net with a US shipping address. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items that are being shipped. Expected delivery dates are only estimates, orders can be delayed due to verification, the time your order was placed, or problems on the carriers end. Furthermore, items that are preordered or items that are not regularly in stock cannot be held to the expected delivery dates. To expedite shipping, orders may come in separate shipments.
Products, on occasion, require signatures. If you are not sure you can be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, please consider shipping to an address where someone will be available to act as your agent and sign for your package. On delivery, title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you. If you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may contact iPowerUp and authorize to arrange for a delivery that does not require someone to be at the delivery address. Keep in mind we are not able to change addresses on en route packages.
We offer USPS to ship our products. USPS Ground (1-3 business days) depending on where it’s being sent.
These estimates are for time in transit only and do not apply until the product leaves iPowerUp’s facilities. Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from iPowerUp are the responsibility of the carrier. Once your order leaves iPowerUp’s facilities, iPowerUp cannot assume liability for late deliveries. These dates do not include any returned packages requiring signatures, undeliverable packages or packages without correct addresses.
The shipping fees are based on destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. Your estimated standard shipping fee, for any product, can be calculated by adding products to your shopping cart and placing in your shipping information.
Items sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. Shipping firms that deliver the package may impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.
